How do I place my first order?

There are several ways to place your orders:

Online: The easiest and fastest way is to go online. After your application of our Online Inventory System (OIS) is finished, you can login and start adding products to your cart.

Once we receive your initial confirmed order, you will receive your first shipment within 4 weeks. Subsequent replenishment orders for in-stock items will arrive within 3-7 business days upon order confirmation. Out-of-stock items will arrive in 3 weeks.

No-Risk Inventory

  • Select your inventory, from over 4,000 styles of our products.
  • Upon receipt of your confirmation and deposit, get your inventory within 3-7 business days.
  • Sell these unique and fashionable products in your retail store.
  • Replenish fast-moving items anytime by placing an order on-line.
  • Best of all, exchange slow-moving inventory that is under 90 days old for fresh new merchandise.

Plug and Play

  • Receive our Product Feed, or Download our photos and data from our Online Inventory System (OIS) for Free.
  • Sell these unique and fashionable products on your website.
  • Pay us only when you SOLD the item.
  • We ship the product to you or drop-ship to your customers.
 
What is the product quality?
X1000 offers only 18K gold quality for all designs.

Design:

You will find a growing collection of currently over 4,000 unique, fashionable and in-season diamond jewellery styles within the X1000 Online Inventory System (OIS). And, 60-80 new styles will be adding in every month.

Material:

Our products are made with the supreme quality materials - diamonds in the G-H grade color range, SI grade clarity and 18 karat gold.

Availability:

We currently have 60,000 pieces ready-to-ship items available on hand to ship out instantly.

How fast will I get my order?

X1000 offers 2 options – "No-Risk Inventory" and "Plug and Play".

Upon order confirmation

  • Initial order – deliver within 4 weeks
  • Replenishment orders – for in-stock items will deliver within 3-7 business days
  • For out-of-stock items will delivery within 3 weeks
  • Receive free shipping for orders over US$1,000/shipment


Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. It is simple, just contact us and let us know you would like to cancel your membership. There are no cancellation fees. For items under 90 days old you can choose to either keep them and we will deduct the value from your account or you can return them and we will credit your account once they pass the inspection process. Next we will update the final balance of your account and send you a refund of the remaining balance within 30 days by means of a company check.

How often should I exchange and replenish the inventory?

We suggest you to exchange the slow-moving items and replenish the sold items at least 30 days if not more frequently. We encourage you to exchange or replenish your inventory with:

A) Best sellers (proven fast moving stock for other customers / our group members)
B) Fast-moving items (items that were sold within 30 days in your own store)
C) Newly launched items (brand new items)
D) Promotional items (seasonal or discounted items)
E) Unusual items (items that you don’t normally carry in your store, try to include some unusual items in your store just to explore a possible new market)

We can make your selection via the Online Inventory System (OIS), or we can suggest you our recommendation on the above items.

Keep in mind that any items over 90 days old are not exchangeable or refundable.

Is there a minimum order per delivery?

No, there is no minimum order. You have the flexibility to order 1 piece in each shipment. We accept any orders of any styles from 1pc to maximum 3pcs/style. However, you will be responsible for the freight and insurance charges for orders value under US$1,000. We’ll waive your shipping charges for any single shipment values US$1,000 or over.





90 day exchange policy

Unlike other vendors, we expect you to exchange slow-moving items within the 90 day limit.

The X1000 exchange policy holds that only items under 90 days old can be exchanged or refunded. At X1000 we strive to deliver excellent products to all of our customers. Therefore, we hold a rigorous inspection process for exchange items. Only items that pass the inspection process will qualify for exchanges and credits.

Why 90 days?

Fact:
Our experience tells us that 80% of high-turn items are sold within 90 days. Therefore, we have set up X1000 to facilitate you in exchanging new merchandise before an item ages more than 90 days. This discipline to stock fresh inventory will increase your stock turn, eliminate slow-moving inventory and facilitate a high ROI and strong cash flow.

By exchanging slow-moving item within 90 days, X1000 can ensure maximum turn in your inventory.

What happens to an item over 90 days old?

If you do not exchange or return an item by the time it reaches 90 days old, unless previously agreed, we will assume that you have either sold them or choose to keep them in your inventory and therefore, permanently deduct that amount from your deposit.

How many items can I exchange?

There is no limit for the number of items you can exchange, as long as they are within 90 days kept in your hands.

How often should I exchange and replenish the inventory?

We suggest you to exchange the slow-moving items and replenish the sold items at least 30 days if not more frequently. We encourage you to exchange or replenish your inventory with:

A) Best sellers (proven fast moving stock for other customers / our group members)
B) Fast-moving items (items that were sold within 30 days in your own store)

What is OIS?

OIS means Online Inventory System. It is an easy-to-use web based platform for you to access most of our available styles.

You can through OIS to:

  • Browse most of our collections
  • See the product descriptions
  • Find product pricing
  • Check product availability
  • Create your “Wish List” of favorable styles
  • Place orders to IAD
  • Settle payment (by credit card, paypal or telegraph transfer)


How many styles does X1000 / OIS carry?

X1000 currently has over 4,000 styles available with 60-80 new styles adding in every month, and over 60,000pcs in stock for instant delivery.

How do I check my stock balance and history?

You may login to the Online Inventory Management (OIM) to check all the items you’ve sold, returned and keeping on hand.





What if I lost or damaged items?

Lost items:
1) Lost in mail that sending out from IAD to you: If the parcel has never arrived your hand, IAD will bear the lost.

2) Lost in mail that sending back from you to IAD: You are responsible for lost packages in the mail. Therefore, we suggest you to insure the package when shipping products back to IAD.

3) Lost in your own accordance: You will be responsible for all lost items on your own accordance.


Damaged items:
1) Item arrived: Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt for immediate replacements.

2) Items damaged under any other circumstances: Please send them back to us for repair and charges will apply.

3) If we received damaged items within notice, charges will also applied.
